Classes VI to X in Nagaon

Between Class VI and Class X, school work changes. Subjects become deeper, the syllabus grows, and by Class X students face their first board examination. At Prastuti Junior in Chalchali, Nagaon, we help students meet these years with understanding, good habits and steady confidence.
Middle school: Classes VI to VIII
In middle school, we focus on concept clarity. Teachers explain the idea first, with examples and experiments, and then build practice around it. Science and mathematics are taught from first principles so that students can solve unfamiliar questions, not only the ones they have seen before.
Projects, models and presentations help students research, work in teams and speak confidently. We also teach study skills directly: making notes, planning revision and managing time. Regular class tests and feedback show students and parents where to focus.
Secondary: Classes IX and X
Classes IX and X lead to the board examination. Students follow a planned syllabus with time for revision, take regular tests in exam conditions and receive personal feedback. Teachers set aside time for doubt clearing in every subject, so that gaps are fixed early.
An early foundation for NEET and JEE
Many students begin to think about medicine or engineering in these years. Because Prastuti Junior works side by side with Prastuti Integrated Academy, students can build a strong foundation in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics before Class XI, and get guidance on choosing the right path after Class X.
After Class X
Science students can continue to Class XI at Prastuti Integrated Academy, under the AHSEC board, with NEET or JEE integrated preparation. Admission to Class XI is based on the Class X board result percentage, with no entrance test, and the session starts in March.
Support along the way
Parents receive regular updates on progress. Counselling is available for students who need help with stress, focus or study habits, and a developmental-behavioural pediatrician is available through the academic session.

Which classes does Prastuti offer?
Prastuti Junior offers Nursery, LKG, UKG and Classes I to X. Prastuti Integrated Academy offers Classes XI and XII Science under the AHSEC board, with integrated NEET or JEE preparation. Med Launch is our separate NEET dropper batch.
What curriculum does Prastuti Junior follow?

When does Prastuti Junior open?
Prastuti Junior opens for classes in the first week of January. Registered families will receive the exact date. Admission pre-booking is open now.
Are there activities beyond regular classes?
Yes. Prastuti Junior offers free art and creativity classes and abacus activities on Saturdays.
What support is there if my child needs extra help?
A developmental-behavioural pediatrician is available through the academic session, and counselling is offered for children and parents. Teachers also share regular updates on progress.
