This privacy policy explains what information the Prastuti Education website collects, why we collect it and how you can ask us to delete it. Prastuti Education includes Prastuti Junior, Prastuti Integrated Academy and Med Launch, located in Chalchali, Nagaon, Assam 782002.

When you send an admission enquiry form on this website, we collect:
- the parent or guardian's name
- a mobile number
- the student's name (optional on the quick form)
- the class you are interested in and, for Classes XI and XII, the programme
- how you would like us to contact you, and whether you would like to visit the campus
- any message you choose to write
- the page of the website the form was sent from
How we use it
We use these details only to contact you about admission: to call or message you, answer your questions, arrange a campus visit and follow up on your application. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other organisations for marketing.
Only school staff who handle admissions can see enquiries, through a password-protected admin area.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as they are needed for the admission process and the related school records, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Cookies and analytics
Visitors browsing the public website are not given any cookies by the website itself. If the school turns on website analytics (Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager), the analytics will load only after you choose "Accept" on the cookie notice, and you can choose "Decline". Your choice is remembered in your own browser.
Links to other services
Buttons such as "WhatsApp us" and "Get directions" open WhatsApp or Google Maps. Those services have their own privacy policies, and what you send through them is handled under their terms.
Children's information
Information about a child is only collected from a parent or guardian through the enquiry form. Photos, names and results of students are published on this website only with consent.
Your choices: correction and deletion
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you sent through the website at any time. Call or WhatsApp the school on +91 86388 72554 (alternate +91 60009 43767), tell us the name and phone number you used, and we will remove your enquiry.

We may update this policy when the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
